MOOC System in the Era of Big Data Improves the Effectiveness of College Physical Education

Abstract

Objective: To use MOOC system to better serve college physical education classroom teaching, effectively improve the effectiveness of teaching, and explore the application of online open physical education courses in college physical education. Methods: Literature, logic analysis, chart and comparison method were used. Results: The MOOC curriculum reform has promoted the fundamental transformation of teacher education mode and student learning mode, cultivated students’ lifelong learning ability, and put school teaching on the track of quality education. Conclusion: The MOOC system is conducive to: (1) enriching on-campus course resources, saving teaching and learning time, and promoting the sharing of teaching resources; (2) reduce the cost of school teaching operation, improve the efficiency of physical education, and alleviate the problem of insufficient physical education teachers; (3) it can provide students with an efficient and convenient online learning environment, presenting a panoramic, cross-border and interactive online learning experience.
