Abstract

The development of bioinformatics has produced a large number of biological data for the analysis of biological problems.It provides a lot of information, but it also provides a higher storage and computing power for data requirement. Cloud computing can provide unlimited storage and computing power with low cost and high performance.This paper analyzes the characteristics of cloud computing, introduces its application in bioinformatics, and puts forward some suggestions for researchers who need to apply cloud computing.
