Abstract
Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to the safety of Marine Territory and the development and utilization of marine resources. Underwater wireless sensor networks (UWSNs) [1] technology has become one of the hot research topics in the contemporary era. Underwater sensor nodes have the characteristics of poor defense ability, limited energy and easy to be breached. Once underwater sensor nodes are compromised by adversaries, the adversaries can use the sensitive information saved by the node to send false data injection attacks on legitimate reports. To address such attacks, this paper proposes a false data filtering strategy based on the basis nodes to mitigate the threat of these attacks. The strategy proposed not only improves the efficiency of network filtering and prolongs the network lifetime, but also reduces the energy consumption and resource waste.
