Abstract

Agriculture is an important part of economic development. At present, China is deeply affected by green trade barriers, which seriously hinders the development of agriculture. Hebei Province has a huge grain output. Taking Hebei Province as an example, this paper discusses the impact of green trade barriers on the export of agricultural products, and finds solutions. Based on data analysis technology, this paper makes an empirical analysis. It is found that the symbol of the strictness of implementing green trade barriers is consistent with the anticipated symbol, which is passive in the brief term and optimistic in the extended term. Therefore, in the brief term, the implementation of green trade barriers will lessen the export quantity of farming products and raise the sell abroad price. In the extended run, the implementation of green trade obstacle will promote scientific and technological progress, increase the sell abroad quantity of agricultural products and expand diversified markets. Finally, the countermeasures of agricultural products export against green trade barriers are put forward from both government and enterprises.
