Empirical Study on Job Satisfaction of New Media Practitioners on Big Data

Abstract

Through documentation remending, rooting theory and questionnaire analysis, on big data, we analyzed deeply to the relationship among the working condition, reward, strength and satisfaction from the pearl river delta region,gave the useful advice for the enterprise to improve the working satisfaction of the new media employee. Firstly through the questionnaire, we made inquiry to the new media employee working satisfaction of the pearl river delta region. we made conclusion: the new media employee satisfaction was lower in the pearl river delta region, the working condition, salary and welfare, strength was the important factor that affected the new media employee. Then, based on the researching conclusion, we have given the advice to improve working condition, help employee to realize the dual balance on the work and lives, and add the incentives, better the salary incenting system.
