Abstract

The phenomenon of food analysis information island has existed for a long time, and the risk control of food safety has always been the problem of information asymmetry between enterprises, regulatory authorities] and consumers. How to solve the above problems (not only these problems), has long tested people’s patience. In recent years, CO governance of food safety in the whole society has become extremely expensive. The slogan of strengthening the source management of food safety and paying attention to the first kilometer and the last kilometer has also made people’s hearing numb. However, the actual action is that the authorities feel embarrassed, and the people have already turned a blind eye to it. To thoroughly solve the food safety problem in China, we must first have a premise and a foundation: the premise is the construction of big data, and the foundation is the cloud computing platform. One of the two is indispensable. Before explaining this insight, let’s briefly review what big data and cloud computing are and how they relate.
