Abstract

This paper analyzes the inter-relationship between the main methods in management practice, and points out that the design and optimization from enterprise architecture to business process are the core process by which an organization make its strategic requirements translated into actions. The continuous enterprise governance can also be seen as the process of collaborative promotion from enterprise architecture (EA) governance to business process management (BPM) with various local management tools and methods. The paper discusses the enterprise global modeling approach with EA model and business process model, that is, establishing the model element specification for associativity from architecture to process alignment, standardizing the unified description of all kinds of management objects and methods, and realizing the continuity modeling of the whole process from abstract strategy to business operation.
