Abstract

This work aimed at proposing the development of novel products that provide a better transition for patients who suffered lower limb amputation. The aim is to provide more support during the transition between pre- and post-prosthetic phases in patients with lower limb (transtibial) amputations. A proposal was made for special care multifunctional kits aimed at improving the quality of life of the transtibial prosthesis user.
