Abstract
After having a short overview of the new approach, the paper will introduce the possible future of design thinking and launch its opportunity, especially in the organizations dedicated not as primarily profit-oriented, like the state-maintained educational segment. The paper offers an insight into the practical application of today’s design thinking approach, covering its main background and observes its methods and tools in the pragmatic operation involving segment fields like education. Paper introduces the design process with diverse characteristics from the former project management processes, highlighting the significance of covering all the segments and activities applied to design thinking. Moreover, the paper aims to provide a detailed research plan including research fields for demonstrating the optional change of the stakeholders’ attitude, opinion, and customer satisfaction among students caused by the measurements due to COVID pandemic, closely related to the digital transformation in a sense and higher level of human-computer interaction’s need.
