Abstract

“Smart tourism” is the main task and hot research issue of the informatization construction of China’s tourism industry. Its “wisdom” is reflected in the “wisdom of tourism service”, “wisdom of tourism management” and “wisdom of tourism marketing”. Tourism service recommendation is a popular marketing strategy in today’s tourism industry, which has been widely studied. To some extent, it is the embodiment of wisdom. Nowadays, tourism data is becoming more and more huge, and the storage and processing of these data has become a difficult problem. At the same time, for information retrieval, search engines can not meet the diversified and personalized needs of users, and can not effectively solve the problem of information load. As another way to solve the information load, recommendation engine can not only find suitable or potential information for users through recommendation technology, but also bring better experience for users. But facing the challenge of big data, we need a new platform and appropriate and effective algorithm to deal with it.
