Abstract

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the explosive growth of information technology, timely and accurate information has become an important support for scientific decision-making and business success. At the same time, people pay more attention to the learning and accumulation of knowledge. Knowledge has become a valuable resource that individuals and organizations compete to possess. Due to the shortcomings of outdated design concepts, delayed information release, and low credibility, traditional websites cannot truly meet people’s requirements for the Internet in the era of knowledge economy. The progress of the times calls for a brand-new, efficient and intelligent communication platform and knowledge management platform. In addition, with the attention of major Internet companies to front-end development, the number of front-end developers has gradually increased, which has caused many problems such as front-end performance optimization and coding standards. The front-end modular technology has successfully solved the above-mentioned problems with its advanced ideas and good design patterns, and has been favored by more and more people. This article is mainly based on the development of computer front-end website, focusing on the research and analysis of the application of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design technology and other web technologies in it. By understanding the specific needs of users and responsive design ideas, analyze the root cause of the problem, and seek a solution strategy. According to the specific needs of ordinary websites, this paper draws up the application strategy of responsive design technology, designs and implements an actual responsive video website.
