Abstract

The aging of the population has entered a period of rapid growth, and people’s demand for elderly care is demanding in terms of quantity and quality. Smart elderly care using the Internet, Internet of Things and other networks and intelligent technologies has also become a hot spot for development in the information age. However, at present, from smart elderly care products to smart elderly community services, the needs and capabilities of the elderly are not fully considered, especially in terms of interaction design. This article will start from the perspective of the interactive design of elderly care service apps in the smart elderly care community, deeply analyze the physiological and psychological needs of elderly users, analyze the problems existing in the existing elderly care service apps, and refine the key of the interactive design suitable for service apps.
