Abstract

This paper examines a significant subject, i.e. “the user experience of gamers in Saudi Arabia”. This paper includes the first two phases of Kafugames user experience, the rest will be included in future research. Providing a better user experience of kafugames requires studying and evaluating the current systems. This includes the similarity between esports and other kinds of sports; Emotional Gratifications of eSports Players, and the enhancement of user experience of gamers in Saudi Arabia. Based on the findings, we were able to provide a gaming community and a place for Esport enthusiasts to participate in competitive gaming. Kafugames provides rewards and recognition to gaming for participation. It is a place to host some of the biggest tournaments in the world.
