Abstract
Chronic disease is one of the important reasons affecting the health of the elderly. As the treatment of chronic diseases generally has a long cycle and slow results, the management of chronic diseases in the elderly is very important. Considering meeting their physical and psychological needs, this research proposes a chronic disease treatment and management plan in an interactive manner. This program helps users to get a more convenient “purchase medicine - take medicine - manage medicine” experience. The program includes a smart medicine box and an auxiliary APP. It is designed to help users recover from chronic diseases more conveniently. Also, this research takes into account the needs of users for family affection and included children in the recuperation process. This research is oriented to the needs of the elderly with chronic diseases and provides insightful explorations for their treatment options.
