At the end of December 2019, in the province of Wujan in China, a virus was detected that would later be called SARS-COV-2, a new acute respiratory syndrome that was subsequently declared by the World Health Organization in March 2020 as a pandemic; A clinical case is presented of a girl who is taken to a health care center by her mother, for presenting chest pain with faster breathing and shortness of breath, a rapid test is positive for IGG and negative IGM for Covid 19. The results after reviewing the patient’s clinical history, focusing on the signs and symptoms presented by the patient, confirmed the definitive medical diagnosis of Covid-19 pneumonia, thanks to the complementary tests performed that confirmed the pathology, therapeutic schemes both drugs and alternative therapies, evolution and relevant information on the patient’s health status and quality of life. A step-by-step structured interview was carried out, based on the patient’s needs as described by Marjory Gordon.
