Abstract

Golgi proteins are encapsulated in membrane system. The main function of the Golgi is to process, sort, and transport proteins, synthesized by the endoplasmic reticulum, and then to be sorted into specific parts of the cell or secreted outside the cell. The Golgi apparatus is the site for the final processing and packaging of cell secretions, such as proteins. In this paper, we use Deep Forest to classify 2 different types of protein by 406 features. Deep Forest achieves more simply and more efficient process compared to traditional KNN classifier.
