Abstract
Aselsan-UGES (Transportation, Security, Energy Automation and Healthcare Business Sector) provides innovative software intensive system solutions and services, covering the entire product/service lifecycle from analysis, design, production and integration to support. As a one of the business areas; smart system domain becomes more and more important part at Aselsan-UGES project portfolio. As a result; Aselsan-UGES conducts service oriented process improvement project which referenced to ISO/IEC 15504-8 IT service management framework. As a pilot project; Smart city monitoring and management was selected and gap analysis was performed. Besides, lessons learned and further works to do was mentioned in order to define the roadmap to ISO/IEC 15504-8 certification and earned values.
