Abstract

Following the same developments as in our previous works where we have analyzed the joint effect of synchronization errors and High Power Amplifiers (HPA) non linear distortions on FBMC systems, in this paper we will evaluate the accuracy of some approximations related to the variance of the received non linear noise. We will show that theses approximations can be considered accurate over half the range of the values of the carrier frequency offset (CFO).
