Abstract
We discuss the dynamics of research production of researchers, research organizations, and systems of research organizations.We obtain several relationships for the production of papers by these individuals and units. Then, by means of the obtained relationships we analyze several scenarios for the dynamics of research production in research organizations and in systems of research organizations. The conclusions obtained on the basis of the studied model are that the recruitment of new researchers, conditions for researching in a research organization, and the influence of the environment on researchers and research organizations can lead to increase or decrease of the research production of researchers and research organizations.
