Abstract
Gamification has been adopted for various environments by applying design elements typically used within games onto a non-gaming context. In this paper we introduce a detailed concept for collaborative, team-oriented work that utilizes positive effects of gamification from a practical perspective. The integration of selected gamification features enhances functionality and usability of tools and collaborative applications. From detailed concept and implemented prototype, we demonstrate selected features, where gamification has been implemented to support interaction among team-members and improve overall team-productivity within collaborative, communicative and cooperating environments.
