Abstract

In view of the magnetic flux leakage detection of cable wire broken defects, the magnetic flux leakage magnetic circuit is analyzed firstly, and the calculation formula of magnetic induction intensity and the sufficient excitation condition of the wire rope are obtained. Ansoft Maxwell software was used to carry out the finite element simulation analysis of the axial leakage magnetic field of the wire rope to verify the theoretical analysis results of the magnetic circuit model. Secondly, the modularized cable excitation detection device is designed. The filtering effects of Chebyshev digital filter and Fourier transform are compared. Finally, the magnetic detection under the spiral motion and the magnetic detection under the vertical motion are compared through experimental research.
