Abstract
The Modular Integral Administrative System (SIMA – Spanish initials) is a computer application that has functionalities for the integral management of administrative data of the ISFDs(ISFD – Superior Institute for Teacher Training. The Argentinian government creates and funds these institutions to educate and graduate professionals for certain careers, mainly teachers for necessary areas.) of the Province of Corrientes, developed as a priority line of the Technology of the Information and Communication (TIC) of DNS(DNS - Higher Level Education Directorate – The Jurisdiction´s governmental body in charge of directing and regulating the Higher-Level Educational Sector of the prov-ince (The province of Corrientes, in this case).) of the provincial Ministry of Education, in the Argentine Republic. In this paper, the process, elaborated and implemented by the SIMA development team, in accordance with the Participatory Design paradigm, is exposed. Future lines of work are also expressed.
