Abstract

To address the problem of ill implementation of the Quality Assurance System (QAS), which is caused by multiple responsible bodies and tangled timelines, this study collects feedback on the need of information collection and utilization. Based on the needs feedback from the users, a design is proposed which is the visualization interface of the QAS for the doctoral students, supervisors, and administration. Meanwhile, Plan-Do-Check-Adjust cycle (PDCA) is used to push forward the implementation and improvement of the QAS. After two years’ test run, positive feedback is received from the users, and this study could also provide reference to all the education management of all levels of students.
