Develop a Causal Model for the Impact of Critical Success Factors of the Strategic Information System in Promoting Human Resources Management Strategies in the Social Security Corporation

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of critical success factors of strategic information system on the strengthening human resources management strategies in the Social Security Corporation. The study population was made up of 120 members of the directors and chiefs of sections of the Social Security Corporation. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted to test hypotheses. The study found a statistically significant impact of the critical factors of the strategic information system on the human resources management strategies of the Social Security Corporation. The study recommended that attention should be given to strengthening top management support for its important role in strengthening human resources management strategies and the strategic information system.
