The Effect of Talent Management on Organizational Innovation of the Telecommunications Companies in Jordan

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of talent management on Organizational Innovation. The study population consisted of 370 employees distributed over three companies representing the telecommunications sector in Jordan. An electronic questionnaire was distributed via (Google Forms) and shared by talent managers at Jordanian telecommunications companies, and 257 responses were valid for statistical analysis. After conducting a statistical analysis, the study reached the presence of a statistically significant effect of talent management has a statistically significant effect on Organizational Innovation in Jordanian Telecommunications companies. The study recommended giving attention to talent management, as it represents the first driver of all work activities.
