Intelligent Computing & Optimization (ICO 2022)

Abstract

Cloud computing (CC) is an emerging technology in the Philippines that allows the use of hardware and software to deliver a service over a network. CC has been implemented in various applications such as in business, healthcare, government, and education because of its flexibility, efficiency, and cost. However, there are factors that affect the pacing of the adoption of cloud computing technologies in the Philippines such as the lack of mastery among information technology professionals, slow internet connection, and illiteracy in the concept of cloud computing.
