Abstract

The paper presents the survey, documentation, and enhancement ex- perience of the Tesla Museum in Zagreb. A hybrid methodology, now consoli- dated, was used for the survey of the architectural complex. which uses a laser scanner integrated with photogrammetry techniques, both aerial and terrestrial for the detail of artifacts. The collected data served as a basis for the creation of BIM-based models architectural and structural, then enriched by the technologies offered by the platform INCEPTION to aggregate the additional documentation collected towards the creation of models H-BIM. The latter then allowed their exploitation, through appropriate analysis for seismic reinforcement of the struc- ture, for the maintenance of the building but also through optimizations, in im- mersive environments of virtual and augmented reality, for the enjoyment of the value of the architectural work and the artifacts contained herein.
