Abstract

Companies are facing increasing requirements in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency. To this end, they are confronted with public measures such as the EU taxonomy for compliance with sustainability criteria. Currently, enterprise resource planning systems do not yet have the integration to map necessary processes and the enterprise resource “energy”. Various interfaces can be used to represent these processes. These enable fast, uncomplicated data exchange with external systems and the possibility to implement modern future-oriented processes.
