Abstract
The development trend of the future design industry must be people-oriented, and the well-being of people’s livelihood is the development direction of the future society. Based on the background of design education innovation, this paper puts forward suggestions and opinions on design professional theory and practical teaching, and organically combining colleges and society, strives to narrow the gap between college talent cultivation and social needs. It also analyzes and researches the current status of design education and the problems it faces, as well as the party and the state’s policy on the welfare and cultural industry, to find out the development trend of design education in the future, which is also intended to cultivate applied innovative design talents for the industry and society to meet the needs of social development, promoting the healthy and sustainable development of art design majors in colleges and universities as much as possible, and meeting the requirements of current cultural and creative industries. This paper proposes the development direction of the people-oriented well-being design talent training model, analyzes its feasibility, and discusses the future innovation design education.
