Abstract

The real estate industry is the leading and pillar industry in the national economy, and plays an important role in promoting urban construction, boosting economic development. At same time, the real estate and its related industries have absorbed a large number of employed people. The advent of the era of big data has brought opportunities and challenges to the real estate industry, which require it to make the appropriate changes. By sorting out the application and analyzing some successful cases of big data technology in the real estate industry, this paper clarifies the common application scenarios and evaluating the performance of big data technology. In addition, the authors providing some suggestion for the future application of big data technology in the real estate industry.
