Abstract
At present, the traditional medical model is facing the prominent contradiction of the imbalance between supply and demand, and under the new background of the normalization of the new crown epidemic, the development of medical care is facing the transformation needs of prevention and control work, work focus and development concept. In order to explore the feasibility and application scenarios of the application of the Metaverse in the medical field under the background of the normalization of the epidemic, this paper studied the development status of the Metaverse in the medical field and its application advantages through the literature method, and finds that the development of the Metaverse shows two trends: on the one hand, it is from real to virtual, to realize the digitization of real experience, on the other hand, from virtual to real, to realize the realization of digital experience, through the perfect connection between virtual and reality, will create the next new era of medical information interconnection. The immersive environment of the Metaverse world and the integration of virtual and real space and the characteristics of hyper-simulation plays an important role in realizing disease visualization, famous doctors, psychotherapy scenarios, and innovative pension models. Based on the research and judgment of the advantages of the Metaverse in the medical field, the scenarios or paths of the Metaverse in medical applications are mainly reflected in five aspects: clinical surgery, medical robots, medical teaching, drug and medical device research and development, and AI super doctors.
