Abstract
Many firms’ success hinges on their ability to use data effectively to make quicker and more informed choices. Companies may leverage Business Intelligence (BI) and other powerful and efficient technologies as catalysts to help them automate analysis, decision making, strategy creation, and forecasting.
Accordingly, the study’s primary goal is to reveal whether or not integrating Business Intelligence, Organizational Learning (OL), and Innovation into operational procedures improves businesses’ bottom lines. This study is an example of applied research since it applies theoretical frameworks to a real-world setting—the Shanghai Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park—in order to show the sort of externality it creates for the enterprises involved.
The introduction of business intelligence systems within a firm is directly associated with technological advancement since it allows the organization to make full use of all accessible data. In reality, BI approaches transform unstructured data sets into information to assist decision-making processes, maximize knowledge, and speed up and improve processes via the use of a wide range of coordinated operational just as chosen help apps and databases.
The last factor to think about is organizational learning, which is founded on the system of organizational characteristics, practices, and problems that make possible the organization’s capacity to learn.
In conclusion, studies show that Business Intelligence and innovation have a major impact on how businesses function. However, we found no statistically significant correlation between Organizational Learning and the financial success of these same businesses.
