Abstract

Benchmarking around the world is pushing organizations to learn from each other and develop how it is done, creating unique examples of excellence in this area. Today, interest is constantly growing and there is a high need to study the experience of successful benchmarking studies. This article discusses the history of the emergence, the theoretical basis of benchmarking and analyzes its types. The article also studied and analyzed the method of competitive integration benchmarking for e-commerce enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
