Abstract

The article considers the analysis of modern trends in digitalization processes and business transformation in digital way. The digitalization of business activity has now become one of the central trends in the development of enterprises. Digital solutions have a main impact on business processes and models, and their use is driven by changes in consumer interests, the availability of technology, and a positive economic effect. The Covid-19 pandemic has showed that businesses need to begin rapidly using digital tools in organizing business activities, which contributes to a progressive digital transformation of business. The authors highlight the distinctive features of business digitalization and its digital transformation. The fact that digital transformation affects the activities of many business structures, regardless of the scale of the business, is noted. Additionally, the authors describe the main aspects and benefits of business transformation by using digital technologies.
