Abstract
The enormous job stress, high work-load style, and quick pace of life have a detrimental impact on the physical and mental health of the modern white-collar group. Many white-collar workers are in a state of subhealth and need appropriate exercise to improve. White-collar groups have a high incidence of mental illness and the number of depressed persons has been rising recently. As a result, their emotional needs should not be disregarded. Studies have shown that engaging in physical activity is beneficial for both maintaining excellent physical health and reducing stress. In order to promote users’ active physical exercise and cultivate long-term habits with engaging interactive experiences, this paper starts with the psychology of the users, examines their emotional needs, and proposes a type of interactive exercise product design from the perspective of emotion. This paper solves the problem of the physical and mental health of white-collar workers while also providing a reference for comparable products.
