Abstract

A good health status during pregnancy is an important guarantee for the health of the baby and the eventual smooth delivery of the pregnant woman. Pregnant women have a strong health concept, and a strong health awareness will motivate them to engage in appropriate health management behaviors. The special psychological and physiological needs of pregnant women require corresponding health management products to monitor maternal health, while the current maternal health management products lack attention to the emotional problems of users. To efficiently record and manage weight and mood data during pregnancy, and to meet users’ psychological and physiological needs. In this study, GSR detection was adopted to measure the mood fluctuations of pregnant women. The final design of a scale and health management app for measuring and recording the weight and emotional changes of pregnant women, prompting them to manage their health and their provision of scientific health advice.
