Abstract
This contribution presents strategies for intelligent knowledge transformation using qualitative analysis and Human-AI-powered remediation plans. First, we discuss classic maturity models and why they often fail in our dynamic world. Then, we present a better way towards knowledge modeling and mentorship, which is implemented in our Gobenchmark product. Last, we demonstrate a business case that underpins the relevance and opportunities of knowledge modeling.
