The purpose of this study is to explain the fundraising movement by the Indonesian army using Twitter for the victims of the Kanjurhan Malang Stadium football supporters tragedy. This study uses a qualitative method. This study uses NVIVO12 Plus to analyze data. The findings of this study The intensity of Twitter use determines the effectiveness in fundraising, as evidenced by the high activity of the Indonesian army on Twitter, which has managed to attract attention. Then, the dominant content distributed by the Indonesian army on Twitter related to fundraising for the Kanjurhan Stadium tragedy was army solidarity. So it can be seen that the dissemination of content coupled with the high intensity of Twitter usage makes fundraising in digital media very effective.
