Abstract
This study aims to analyze social media for public information of health services in DKI Jakarta through @dinkesJKT accounts. Through social media accounts, @dinkesJKT all data and information related to health programs are available and accessible to the public. The method used in this study is qualitative using Computer Assigned Qualitative Data Software (CAQDS) analysis, namely Nvivo 12plus. Data sources are obtained from secondary data @dinkesJKT which includes mass media data as well as other related documents. The data is displayed in the form of Crosstab analysis, Chart Analysis, and Cluster Analysis. The results showed that the @dinkesJKT account is active in conducting communication and information transactions up to date in each health service. Health information services are also carried out by optimizing every matter of health care and monitoring account postings. Then, @dinkesJKT collaborates with government institutions Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). In addition, @dinkesJKT attracts public engagement to participate in health programs.
