Research on Demand Evaluation of Live Broadcast Interface of Agricultural Product Based on Factor Analysis and CRITIC Method

Abstract

To solve the problems that the existing live broadcast interface of agricultural product (LBIAP) can’t meet the diverse needs of users, the demand elements of LBIAP were analyzed from several dimensions, so as to provide reference for the design of LBIAP. Firstly, a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect users’ demand elements for the LBIAP. Next, experts determine the importance of each demand element through the 5-level scale. Then, factor analysis (FA) is used to reduce the dimension of the evaluation information of each demand element and construct a hierarchical model of demand evaluation indicators for LBIAP. Furthermore, the weights of extracted factors can also be obtained by FA. Secondly, the objective weights of each demand indicators are obtained by the CRITIC method. Combined with the both weights, the final weights are obtained. Then, the final importance of demand evaluation of the LBIAP is analyzed combining the current situation. Finally the results show that the demand elements of LBIAP are represented by four dimensions: usability, standardization, interaction and communication, and activity attraction. Moreover, the simplicity and standardization of the demand elements of the LBIAP are the basis. And the elements of interactive and communication and activity attraction are the key to improve the LBIAP. The combination of the factor analysis method and the CRITIC method can systematically analyze users’ multi-dimensional demands for the LBIAP, providing new design ideas for the LBIAP.
