Abstract

Smart cities offer numerous benefits to citizens by utilizing advanced technologies and data-driven approaches to improve urban life quality. In this paper, we propose a novel platform for managing heterogeneous information from multiple sources, such as relational and non-relational databases, web services, and IoT devices. The platform preprocesses and presents the data dynamically and interactively in real time, providing city administrators with a comprehensive backend system for asset management, status monitoring, and results delivery. We describe the design and implementation of the platform, highlighting its features and benefits for citizens and city administrators. The proposed platform aims to streamline the integration and utilization of smart city services, ultimately enhancing the urban living experience and fostering more sustainable and efficient cities.
