Abstract
This article entitled “Knowledge Management: A new business success factor for companies in southern Peru”; Its main objective is to determine the entrepreneur’s valuation of aspects related to knowledge management and if this management is fostered through the creation of new knowledge and its transmission. The research approach was qualitative, of a correlational scope and of a basic or pure type. Regarding the data collection technique and instrument, the interview and the interview guide were used, respectively. Being a qualitative investigation, it was decided to interview six managers of recognized companies in the city of Tacna according to specified inclusion and exclusion criteria.
