Abstract

The paper amends the Green Solow model to replace the neoclassical production function by an endogenous production function. This endogenous function incorporates the growth rate, the rate of degradation of production capacities, and their age limit. All these internal parameters of the economic system make the analysis of environmental problems more interesting.
