Abstract
The theory of constructivism is about learning, MOOC is short for massive open online courses. This paper combines the educational form of courses with the learning theory of constructivism to cultivate students’ initiative and creativity, and stimulate students’ active interest in learning, and promote the development of information literacy education in universities.
