Abstract

The implementation of the aGILE tool has had an impact on all areas of the company's logistics operations, leading to better organisational practices based on the identified opportunities and process optimization. aGiLE effectively integrates operational processes with the software of allied carriers and customers.

In addition to a brief conceptual background on digitalization, Industry 4.0 and information systems, this article will provide a brief description of the impact that the implementation of 4.0 technologies and the aGILE platform has had on the company.
