Abstract
The Internet of Things service is a complex solution that requires consideration of both business complexity and deployment flexibility, as well as powerful functionality and ease of use. It requires a comprehensive experience evaluation system throughout the entire process. This article proposes an IPSD-EM experience evaluation system by summarizing multiple practical cases. This evaluation system covers multiple aspects of Internet of Things solution, including software experience, hardware experience, service experience, etc. It summarizes user experience in terms of indicator system, implementation methods, discrimination standards, scoring criteria, and composition of evaluators. Finally, we have established a practical, replicable, and quantifiable universal product and service experience evaluation method based on the characteristics of Internet of Things solution. This method is applicable to the experience evaluation of the vast majority of Internet of Things solutions, helping enterprises achieve innovation in Internet of Things products and services by identifying weak points in the product and service experience.
