Abstract
This study explores the intricate interconnections between attitudes, behaviors, and their impact on a specific outcome variable through a comprehensive analysis employing OLS, Robust, Ologit, Odds ratio regression models. A range of variables, including attitudes towards internet usage as dependent variable (E258B), independence (E261B), imagination (A030), and various other traits (A029, A032, A034, A035, A038, A039, A040, A041, A042), were investigated for their influence on the outcome. Data was used The World Values Survey (WVS) with 439531 respondents over 111 countries including Uzbekistan. The analysis obtained in STATA 17.0 and SPSS 25.0 software and revealed significant associations between specific attitudes and the outcome variable, with positive attitudes towards email communication, independence, imagination, and certain unspecified traits demonstrating noteworthy impacts. Negative associations were also observed with particular attitudes and behaviors. Furthermore, the identification of threshold effects through cut points provides valuable insights into critical values at which significant changes in the outcome occur. The implications of these findings are discussed, highlighting the potential for targeted interventions in educational, social, and professional contexts. The study underscores the complex nature of attitudes and behaviors and their profound influence on outcomes, emphasizing the need for nuanced approaches in various spheres of society.
