Abstract
The members of the Information Systems Project (ISP) team experience burnout, fatigue, and stress, resulting in poor performance, which affects the performance of entire ISP teams. The burnout, fatigue, and stress result in the members’ poor employee well-being, which makes the members have poor productivity. The poor well-being of the members results in the ISP teams failing to deliver successful ISP projects due to poor performance of the entire ISP teams and their members. The primary purpose of this research study was to evaluate the influence of trust on the employee well-being of the members of the ISP teams. The researcher conducted a quantitative research study using a survey approach. The researcher collected quantitative data from the members of ISP teams. The researcher used an online structured questionnaire to collect quantitative data. The researcher performed the Partial Least Square Structured Equation Model to validate the hypothesis of the research study. The results indicated trust improves the members’ psychological well-being and life and workplace well-being. This is through members of ISP teams having morals and ethically doing things.
