Abstract

Multi-agent systems, which are composed of autonomous agents are present in applications that span a wide range of domains: ambient intelligence, telecommunications, finance, Internet, energy, health. Therefore, it is critical to have rigorous, effective design and verification methods to ensure their development. In this paper, we present a formal modeling and proof of a multi-agent system for requesting services, under the fairness assumption. Themodel is specified and verified using Event-B and the Rodin platform.
