Abstract

The vibration of drilling rod device often leads to fatigue failure and sticky buckle failure phenomenon in construction, causes huge economic losses to the construction unit, so the dynamic analysis is of great engineering significance for drilling rod device. This article makes the longitudinal modal analysis of drilling rod device of the new screw pile hammers with ANSYS software based on APDL parametric modeling. The first eight natural frequencies, vibration modes and the critical speeds of drilling rod device are solved by ANSYS. The critical speed is solved through the relationship between critical speed and natural frequency of drilling rod device indirectly which can provide theoretical guidance to avoid the occurrence of resonance phenomena. The influence of geometry sizes (wall thickness, length of spline rod and length of threaded rod) to natural frequency and vibration mode of drilling rod device is analyzed, which can provide a theoretical guidance to design and optimization for the drilling rod device. Compared with the traditional methods, APDL parametric modeling has better compatibility, versatility and efficiency in the period of product design and development.
